Shipping Information:

We ship order within the same day or 2 working days after the payment is received. Order placed on the weekends will be shipped out on next Monday or Tuesday (holiday excluded). All products are shipped from California, USA.

For shipments to California addresses, we are required to collect CA sales tax.

UPS or Fedex does not work / deliver during the weekends or holidays. Order with UPS or Fedex shipping method completed (payment is received) before 10 AM PST will be shipped out the same day (weekends or holidays excluded).

Local pickup is not available.

Please make sure the "Shipped to" address you input on the order checkout is correct. We will ship to the address as the shipping address on each order only. We regret that we are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.

The buyer is responsible for all applicable import duty and local tax. Please kindly verify with your local custom's information prior to purchase.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We guarantee against any defective products. A full refund will be provided for any defective, damaged, or misrepresented items within 30 days. There is no restocking fee for defective products.

We provide 30 days money back on non-defecitve, undamaged products. Restocking fee and other fee may apply. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping and shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All return products (Replace or Refund) have to obtain an RMA number before it is being shipped back.

To obtain an RMA # please go to service@imateweb.com. A return item without an RMA number on package will not be accepted by our warehouse. Please including your Name, item number within the email.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, modification, alteration, misuse, repair, modification or physical damages.

Warranty will be provided to the original purchaser only.
